Name Unveiling of NEW Emergency Department -

Wednesday, July 3, 2024 the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation had the honour of hosting a special celebration to recognize the incredible generosity of Thomas Cavanagh and the Cavanagh Family. Their remarkable donation of one million dollars has played a vital role in the Healthy Futures. Together! New Emergency Department Comprehensive Campaign, which was launched in 2019.

The Cavanagh Family was in attendance for the unveiling of the name of the new Emergency Department at the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital. We are thrilled to announce that the new Thomas Cavanagh Emergency Department is set to open later this summer.
